We include 5 options within our large collection. These signs are all 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall and are designed to hang by gold S hooks from our custom copper wedding sign holder. The Wildflower 301 is a sprawling 2.5 acre garden estate and it is easy to get lost with so many options for ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. Make sure guests know exactly where to go upon arrival by placing our directional “Ceremony this Way” sign so guests can easily make their way to their ceremony seats. Place flowers around your sign or place your live harpist or violinist next to the sign so guests are drawn to the music. It is a PERFECT start to your wedding and will delight guests from start to finish.

Immediately after ceremony guests are going to be welcomed into cocktail hour. This is a time to mingle, meet each other and enjoy a few treats while you, your family and wedding party take photos during golden hour. Wether you serve them HorsDourves and drinks on the stunning Magnolia Terrace or inside the Celebration house make sure they know what direction to go immediately afterwards with our stunning “Cocktail Hour This Way” directional sign.

Do I have to choose a few signs or can I choose them all?

You can choose as many as you like! We have 5 total of the large for you to use.

Who sets up the signs and breaks them down?

Our staff completely sets up and tears down the signage for you! This is the beauty of using our venue and utilizing our decor suite for your weddings; no Uhauls, no expensive etsy bills for wedding signage you are going to use once and then have to sell for pennies on the dollar.

When do we decide where they are going to be placed for my wedding?

60 days before your wedding you will receive an email from us with a calendar link so you can schedule your floorplan meeting! This meeting is scheduled to be within 30 days of your wedding since it is heavily contingent on your guest count. At this meeting we will choose your wedding signs you will utilize and we will document where you want them placed so that on the day of your wedding our staff can place them exactly where you want!

Can I choose a different stand?

As of right now we only offer the sold copper pipe stand on site but you can absolutely bring your own stands if you have another style (say rustic) that you prefer!

Can my florist attach flower to the stands?

They absolutely can and we encourage it! The more floral on your wedding day the better. We suggest they use coated chicken wire and zip ties (or coated wire) to attach the florals so that the wire does not scratch the pipes.

Will the stands fall over in the wind?

The copper pipe stands are heavy and can withstand light wind. The signs hang from S hooks and can lightly swing in the wind. If there is going to be high winds we suggest your florist bring sand bags or something to anchor the stands so they do not topple!

Can we customize these signs?

These signs were custom designed for the Wildflower 301 and are not customizable but if you need custom signage options we can provide excellent recommendations for you!
