After booking, included in your menu package is a custom private tasting on property for you and up to 6 guests.
Choose up to 6 menu items to try while you build your menu for your wedding day.
CHEF-SERVED CANDLELIT DINNER
Our Chef will create dishes that you have selected to taste before adding them to your final menu. We invite you to invite friends and family at a table set for 6, and enjoy a complete meal that will have you feeling like you are being catered to at a luxury private event. This experience is truly one of the highlights of your wedding planning process!
THE INCLUDED CHINA
We offer beautiful white china that is paired with silverware and glass water goblets, white coffee cups with saucers and butter ramekins set atop saucers with butter knives.
BARTENDING SERVICES
Let us serve your drinks by providing you with not only the most knowledgeable bartenders to mix amazing flavors for your guests, but also provide all that is needed to create beautiful signature drinks!
We provide the entire bar setup including drinkware, juice, fresh sliced fruit garnishes, ice, napkins, sodas and more!

Our most requested wedding Appetizers are: The Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display and The Bruschetta Roma Station. The lobster rolls are also a huge hit as well! Our most requested entrees are 2 of our signature items, which I developed specifically for our Florida wedding venue: Maple-Whiskey Steak Tips and Grilled Garlic- Herb Chicken Breast.

Being accurate with RSVPs and final wedding guest counts is vital for saving on wedding food costs. Getting final guest counts to The Wildflower 301 catering team, before the 2 week deadline. Final counts are due 4 weeks out at your wedding Design Meeting and the final deadline for guest counts is 14 days before your Wildflower 301 wedding day.
Additionally, my team and I always try to work with couples' budgets.

With our bar packages, you supply the alcohol and we give you everything you need to serve it; ice, ice buckets to chill bottles, sodas, juices, fruit garnishes, different size disposable cups, beverage napkins, cocktail stirrers, mixers, and licensed bartenders

Taxes and fees are charged in addition to the total cost. Sales tax is 8% and the Service Fee is 22%, which are both industry standards or less than the wedding industry average

We do provide champagne flutes. Services include: pouring and serving for toasts at NO additional expense.

Wedding vendor meals (for those couples who are feeding their vendors) are half -off. Children 5 and under are free, children 6-10 are half-off.

Six to eight weeks after you've booked your wedding at The Wildflower 301, we schedule your catering tasting. There is NO charge for tastings. Couples can bring as many 6 guests to their tastings. A tip is appropriate and appreciated at tastings for the catering staff!

We can provide a separate wedding couples basket for two to go for newlyweds to take with them after their Wildflower 301 wedding. There is no additional fee for this service and is a great alternative to left overs, since we are not allowed to package and send leftovers that have been out on the buffets. This is a state regulation based on our licensing.
Unfortunately if less guests attended than expected we can not send home additional meals and all costs per person are non refundable.
