The Wildflower 301 Grand Opening.
On December 10th, 2021 The Wildflower 301 hosted our grand opening. The Wildflower 301 is an entire wedding and event property experience with gardens, a historic estate, newlywed cottage, farmhouse styled ballroom and so much more! We introduced ourselves to the community, wedding industry, engaged couples and Georgia wedding pros by hosting a Christmas-Holiday evening event, along with our amazing sponsors!
During our grand opening, we conducted site tours, served holiday inspired cocktails, provided vendor gifts for visiting Georgia wedding pros, served light appetizers from Harvest & Honey and more! The grand finale?! After several sponsored giveaways, we announced the grand prize winner, who walked away with a wedding at the Wildflower 301! Check out details, sponsors, photos and more below!

HH events & design assembled our vendor-sponsor team for the event, coordinated spirits, food, vendor gifts and event details! HH events & design also conducted venue tours, orchestrated the schedule of events and was a giveaway sponsor!

Feeling festive! The Wildflower 301’s historic estate house holiday ready staircase.
To set the mood, Honey & Harvest catering provided charcuterie board bites, bartending services and their famous pimento cheese martinis! Harvest & Honey is a boutique catering company located in Rutledge, GA.
Along with their delicious fare, we had a “hot bar” with warm holiday cocktails including: classic hot toddy’s, hot cocoa with Bailey’s and apple cider. For those looking for their classic cocktail, we served Oconee Brewing Company brews, Merry + Bright gin cocktails, cranberry Moscow Mules and eggnog. Harvest & Honey provided bartending services at our newly renovated barn in our 7,000 square foot farmhouse venue- ballroom!
For something sweet, award winning custom cake company Merci Beaucoup provided an array of mini desserts that left us dazzled! Merci Beaucoup fine cakes & pastries is an award winning custom cake company specializing in destination weddings serving the south.

Candace Watts Violinist serenaded our guests by the Christmas tree inside the Wildflower’s historic estate home where our fireplace and hearth had been spruced up by local florist, Dee’s Floral and Botanical. Dee’s also decorated our farmhouse ballroom with beautiful greenery and florals. Dee’s Floral and Botanical produces: wedding flowers, centerpieces, all occasion floral needs, and offers their clients: succulents, botanicals and more.

In addition to the live music in the estate house, tours of the grounds, and full bar service in the farmhouse ballroom, we also had Lily Mae the Candid Camper parked beside our cozy outdoor fire pit and hot bar. Couples and all attendees enjoyed the gardens and then warmed up with Lily Mae’s camper photo booth. With a drink in hand, from our holiday hot bar, attendees made their way to the farmhouse to meet wedding pros and giveaway sponsors: Moss + Mane Bridal, Everlasting Bridal and Exhale Lake Oconee.

Giveaway + Showcasing Grand Opening Sponsors
Moss and Mane Bridal is the sister company to Moss and Mane Hair Co. located in Hoschton, GA. Moss and Mane Bridal is the bridal and mobile extension of their incredible salon services! Moss and Mane had 2 glam consultants with us at the grand opening ready to discuss their glam services with couples.
Everlasting Bridal joined us from Monroe, GA, where they recently opened their doors and have already dressed over 300 brides for their wedding day(s). They also had a booth in our farmhouse venue, where they showcased several of their wedding dresses and booked appointments.
Every attendee was gifted a complimentary yoga class from Exhale Lake Oconee Yoga Studio located in Eatonton, GA. Exhale Lake Oconee offers an array of yoga classes, times and yoga instructors.
All of our Wildflower 301 Grand Opening sponsors provided giveaways for Georgia brides and grooms to enter to win before the end of the night!
