How much does your venue cost?
Our pricing is very simple (what you see is what you will pay) and includes the entire property for up to 12 hours of use along with all of our valuable decor and wedding signs.
$7,000 for Fridays and Sundays
$8,000 for Saturdays
$5,100 for Monday through Thursdays
Add $1,000 for prime dates in April, May, October, November,
We also have many great specials for different times of the year!
How does Alcohol work?
With our bar packages, you supply the alcohol and we give you everything you need to serve it including ice, ice buckets to chill bottles, sodas, juices, fruit garnishes and different size disposable cups, beverage napkins, cocktail stirrers,mixers, and licensed bartenders.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our property including the indoor celebration house and outdoor ceremony chapel can accommodate up to 170 guests.
How much do you charge per table and chair?
We do not charge per table or chair! Just one price for the entire property for up to 12 hours and the tables and chairs for up to 200 guests are all included.
Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?
You absolutely are but we love to make your wedding planning experience as easy as possible so we INCLUDE HERE an entire suite of wedding decor for you to use on the day of your wedding. We do all of the set up and break down of everything that we provide.
Are decorations included in your pricing?
YES! we have a beautiful suite of professionally designed centerpieces, wedding signs, table numbers, tables and chairs and more.
Who sets up the tables, chairs and decorations that the venue provides?
Our staff handle the set up and break down of everything that we provide on site so that you can focus on enjoying your wedding day with your family and friends.
What is the deposit for booking a date?
We require a $2,000 payment upon booking. The second payment equalling 50% of the total contract is due within 60 days of booking and the final balance is due 60 days before your wedding.
Do you require couples use specific vendors?
The Wildflower 301 Catering is the only on site required venue. The Wildflower 301 catering team is incredible with many menus options and includes a complementary tasting! You are more than welcome to bring on site any licensed and insured vendor for your wedding. You are required to have a wedding coordinator at a minimum of month of planning. Can we have our engagement pictures taken at your venue?
Absolutely! You must schedule ahead of time. We are available Mondays and Tuesdays for engagements shoots.
Do you have someone on-site during events?
Yes! A dedicated staff member is on site and available during the entire event, from start to finish. We also offer a Wedding Day Management service.
When is the best time to schedule a tour?
As soon as possible! Dates go fast at our venue and brides are often disappointed to find that their wedding date has been taken.
